These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of Sinabro Studio (the “Tool”), an internal publishing automation tool operated by Sinabro (the “Company”). The Tool is not distributed to the public and is not offered as a product or service to third parties. By using the Tool, the operator agrees to these Terms.
1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover
Sinabro Studio is an internal tool built and operated by Sinabro for the Company's own short-form video publishing. It is run by the Company's authorised operators only. The Tool is not published to any app store, is not available for download or sign-up, and no account can be created in it by a member of the public. These Terms therefore govern the relationship between the Company and the operator running the Tool.
2. What the Tool Does
The Tool runs locally on the operator's own computer. It prepares short-form video files and their accompanying captions and metadata, and publishes them to social accounts that the operator has connected and controls. The platforms currently supported are:
- TikTok, via the TikTok Content Posting API
- Instagram Reels, via the Instagram Graph API
The Tool does not read, browse, aggregate, or repost content belonging to other users, and it does not operate on behalf of anyone other than the operator running it.
3. Account Connection and Eligibility
To publish, the operator connects their own social accounts to the Tool through each platform's standard OAuth authorisation flow. The operator must be the rightful holder of, or be duly authorised to act for, every account they connect. Connecting an account the operator does not control, or using another person's credentials, is not permitted under these Terms and would in any case violate the relevant platform's own terms.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Tool, the operator must:
- Publish only content that the operator owns or is otherwise licensed to publish, including any music, footage, and likenesses appearing in it
- Comply with the TikTok Community Guidelines and the Instagram Community Guidelines, and with all applicable laws
- Refrain from spam, bulk or misleading posting, artificial engagement, and any attempt to circumvent platform rate limits or automation restrictions
- Refrain from using the Tool to publish to accounts the operator does not control
The Tool must not be used in any manner that would cause the Company or the operator to breach a platform's developer agreement.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Publishing through the Tool is additionally governed by the terms of the platform being published to, including the TikTok Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use. Those platforms control what is ultimately accepted, displayed, moderated, or removed, and the Company has no ability to alter their decisions.
Sinabro is an independent developer. The Company is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok Pte. Ltd., ByteDance Ltd., Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their affiliates. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6. Ownership of Content
The operator retains all rights in the content published through the Tool. The Company claims no ownership of, and takes no licence to, that content. The Tool acts solely as a conduit that transmits the operator's own files to the operator's own accounts.
7. No Warranty
The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any upload will succeed, or that published content will remain available. Third-party APIs may change, be rate-limited, or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of content, data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Tool — including failed, duplicated, delayed, or incorrectly published uploads, and any action taken by a platform against a connected account.
9. Suspension and Termination
The operator may stop using the Tool at any time. Authorisation granted to the Tool can be withdrawn independently at any moment from the platform's own settings — on TikTok, under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions. Once authorisation is revoked, the Tool can no longer publish to that account. The Company may discontinue the Tool at any time, as it is internal software maintained at the Company's discretion.
10. Changes to These Terms
If these Terms are amended, the Company will update the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Korea having jurisdiction.
